Service terms built around a clear scope.

The Agent Growth Blueprint is a professional diagnostic and planning service. It may include review of Discovery responses, client-provided evidence, topic findings, client feedback, prioritized recommendations, a 90-day Growth Plan, and an Implementation Brief. The Blueprint does not include implementation, advertising spend, CRM subscriptions, brokerage services, legal advice, tax advice, or guaranteed business results.

Estimated delivery timing begins after required evidence and feedback are provided. Delays in client input may extend the schedule.

MOZO may use rules, scoring models, software, and artificial intelligence to organize information and prepare preliminary analysis. These tools support the service but do not guarantee accuracy or future performance. Human review is provided only where the service expressly identifies a MOZO review or approval.

• Provide accurate information and obtain authority before sharing another person’s information.
• Remove unnecessary confidential, regulated, or identifying information from uploaded evidence.
• Review findings and recommendations before acting on them.
• Maintain lawful real-estate, advertising, communication, and brokerage practices.
• Maintain control of credentials for third-party tools and client-owned accounts.

The Blueprint price shown at checkout is due in full. A refund may be requested before portal access is activated or substantive Blueprint work begins. After access is activated or evidence review begins, the fee is nonrefundable except where required by law or where MOZO does not provide the purchased service.

Promo and trial access may be limited by service, expiration date, account, and redemption count. Promo codes have no cash value and may be disabled when misuse is suspected.

Recommendations are based on the information available at the time of review. Markets, client behavior, brokerage requirements, execution, budgets, and third-party platforms affect results. MOZO does not guarantee leads, clients, listings, closings, revenue, search rankings, or a particular return on investment.

You are responsible for activity under your credentials. You may not probe the service, bypass access controls, misuse promo codes, upload malicious files, scrape private content, impersonate another person, or use MOZO materials to create a competing commercial assessment or service. MOZO may suspend access to protect clients, the platform, or legal rights.

Client data and client-controlled accounts remain subject to the Ownership and Permitted Use notice. Third-party platforms remain governed by their own fees, licenses, availability, and terms. MOZO is not responsible for interruptions or changes controlled by those providers.

To the extent permitted by law, MOZO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service or third-party tools. MOZO’s aggregate liability for a claim relating to a paid engagement will not exceed the amount paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Contact MOZO first so a concern can be reviewed in good faith. These terms and any signed proposal or statement of work form the service agreement. A signed document controls if it expressly conflicts with these website terms.

Changes apply prospectively from the posted effective date. Material changes affecting an active paid engagement will not reduce the agreed scope without notice. Questions can be submitted through the contact form.
