Privacy, explained clearly.

MOZO may collect contact and account information, Discovery answers, Growth Potential Reports, evidence and documents you choose to provide, Blueprint feedback, payment records, support messages, portal activity, and basic technical information such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, and security events.

Do not upload Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, government identification, medical information, or unredacted client documents. Evidence should omit or conceal information that is not necessary for the assessment.

• Prepare and deliver Discovery reports, Blueprint findings, Growth Plans, and client support.
• Create and protect portal accounts.
• Process payments, trial access, invoices, and service records.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and services.
• Communicate about an inquiry, purchase, report, or active engagement.
• Meet legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping obligations.

MOZO does not sell personal information or use client evidence for unrelated advertising.

Information may be processed by providers that support hosting, email delivery, payment processing, security, and business operations. Stripe processes payment card information under its own privacy terms. MOZO does not store full card details. Providers receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their services.

Discovery report links are private bearer links and currently expire after 60 days. Account, payment, engagement, and legal acceptance records may be retained while an account is active and afterward when reasonably needed for support, security, accounting, disputes, or legal obligations. Contact inquiries and operational logs are periodically reviewed and deleted when no longer needed.

You may request access, correction, or deletion through the contact form. Some records may be retained where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.

MOZO uses access controls, encrypted transport, password hashing, session protections, restricted storage, logging, and other safeguards appropriate to the service. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Use a unique password and notify MOZO promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Browser signals such as Do Not Track are not currently used to change site behavior because MOZO does not operate cross-site advertising trackers. This policy will be updated if those practices change.
