Ownership & permitted use
Clear ownership for a system built around your business.
MOZO protects its original methods and materials while keeping client ownership simple: your business data, client relationships, and accounts remain yours.
What the client owns
Clients retain ownership of the information, content, customer records, credentials, and other materials they provide to MOZO.
When an Agent Launch engagement includes setup in a client-controlled CRM or other third-party account, that account and the client data stored in it remain under the client’s ownership and control, subject to the provider’s own terms.
What MOZO owns
MOZO Growth Systems retains ownership of its pre-existing and independently developed intellectual property, including its brand, website and portal design, assessment logic, scoring models, methods, frameworks, templates, processes, training materials, and general know-how.
This includes the MOZO Growth Discovery, Growth Potential Score, Agent Growth Blueprint, MOZO Growth Portal, and Agent Launch System materials and structure.
How deliverables may be used
Upon full payment, the client may use final project deliverables created specifically for that client for the client’s own internal business and marketing purposes.
MOZO’s underlying frameworks, templates, portal components, assessment methods, and reusable materials may not be resold, sublicensed, published as a competing product, copied for third parties, or used to create a substantially similar commercial service without written permission.
Third-party tools
CRM platforms, email services, fonts, integrations, and other third-party products remain the property of their respective owners. Their fees, availability, licenses, privacy practices, and terms are governed by those providers.
Confidential information
MOZO will treat non-public client information as confidential and use it only to provide and improve the agreed services, except where disclosure is authorized or legally required.
Plain-language notice: This page is a website ownership notice and does not replace the terms in a signed proposal, statement of work, or service agreement. If those documents differ, the signed agreement controls.
