Sample Growth Plan
Focused enough to use on Monday.
This simplified example shows how Blueprint findings become a staged plan. A client plan is more detailed and reflects their evidence, feedback, capacity, and market.
Example profile
Situation: An independent agent generates conversations through referrals and social activity but tracks prospects inconsistently. Response is usually same-day, longer-term follow-up varies, and past clients receive no planned contact.
Primary constraint: Relationship momentum depends on memory rather than a visible next-action process.
Days 1 to 30
Create visibility
- Place every active opportunity in one client-owned pipeline
- Define five plain-language stages and an owner for each opportunity
- Add a dated next action before ending every workday
Measure: Percentage of active opportunities with a current stage and next action.
Days 31 to 60
Build a consistent response path
- Use a concise first-response message by channel
- Create a seven-day sequence for unresponsive inquiries
- Review response time and conversations weekly
Measure: Median response time and inquiry-to-conversation rate.
Days 61 to 90
Reconnect the relationship loop
- Segment past clients by last meaningful contact
- Run a service-first check-in routine
- Request proof and referrals at natural milestones
Measure: Meaningful past-client conversations, reviews requested, and introductions generated.
